Perlite Screed
Perlite Screed (Lightweight Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Floor Screed)
Perlite screed is a cement-based, perlite-enhanced lightweight insulation screed. This special product, used on floors, between floors, and on roof surfaces, improves building comfort by providing thermal and acoustic insulation. Being much lighter than traditional screeds, it reduces building load and offers significant advantages especially in high-rise structures.
What Is Perlite Screed? Where Is It Used?
Perlite floor screed is used to create a smooth surface before applying flooring materials like ceramic tiles, parquet, and laminate. It also contributes to energy efficiency thanks to its insulation properties.
Usage areas:
- Residential and apartment floors
